The role partners with program finance analysts, business managers, and RFS leaders to coordinate forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range planning activities. It consolidates inputs, analyzes variances, evaluates risks and opportunities, and provides recommendations for financial performance and business growth. The specialist also develops reporting tools, dashboards, templates, and automated processes while resolving data quality issues across finance systems. This opportunity suits an experienced FP&A or financial analyst who is comfortable working across functions, presenting findings to stakeholders, and managing multiple deadlines. U.S. citizenship and residence in one of the 50 states are required, and the position is performed remotely.

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ yearsExperience with financial forecasting, reporting, and data analysisProficiency in Excel, including Analysis for Office, plus Word and PowerPointExperience with SAP, RPLAN, SAP BW, or comparable business systemsU.S. citizenship requiredExperience with Power Query, BI dashboards, or reporting automation preferred
