Lead Systems Engineer (P4)
This position sits within Raytheon’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities organization in Tucson and supports Army and Navy Coyote CUAS programs. The engineer will guide multidisciplinary teams through requirements definition, analysis, architecture, integration, qualification, production, and system performance activities. Responsibilities include coordinating technical work across internal teams and external partners, translating customer needs into engineering direction, and supporting production quality and issue-resolution processes. The role also involves briefing leadership, engaging directly with U.S. government customers, and mentoring engineers in both technical practice and career development. It is well suited to an experienced defense systems engineer with strong technical leadership, cross-functional coordination, and electronics or air-defense product experience.
