This analyst will help prepare and consolidate material forecasts, evaluate spending outlooks, investigate variances, and report findings to Supply Chain executives and directors. The role involves coordinating financial reviews, facilitating action-oriented meetings, identifying cost-reduction opportunities, and supporting process improvements across a changing organization. The position works closely with program teams, finance colleagues, and other functional stakeholders while also helping develop analytical capabilities within the team. It suits an experienced FP&A or supply chain finance professional who is comfortable turning complex data into clear recommendations and presentations. Strong Excel and financial systems expertise, sound judgment, communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving operational problems are important for success.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ yearsProfessional experience in finance or FP&AAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and macrosExperience with SAP/APEX, PRISM, Business Warehouse, or Analysis for OfficeStrong forecasting, data analysis, process improvement, and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skills and experience presenting to leadership
