Program Operations Data Analytics Manager

This position sits within Raytheon’s Operations and Supply Chain organization supporting multiple manufacturing sites and supplier activities across the Tomahawk program. The manager develops performance indicators, dashboards, presentations, and analytical insights for leadership reviews and helps teams identify opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery execution. Responsibilities also include Cost Account Management support, proposal estimating, SAP-based tracking, supplier engagement, and collaboration with Material Program Managers. The role is well suited to an experienced operations or manufacturing analytics professional who can influence stakeholders across a matrixed, multi-site environment. Candidates should be comfortable presenting to executives and customers, managing complex initiatives, and working in a security-cleared defense setting.
