Manager, IT Internal Audit

This leader will recruit and develop a global IT audit team while directing audits from risk assessment through reporting and remediation follow-up. The role partners closely with IT, cybersecurity, business leaders, and external providers to assess controls, advise on emerging technology risks, and support major initiatives such as cloud systems, data governance, disaster recovery, and third-party risk. It will also introduce automation, analytics, continuous monitoring, and generative AI to improve audit efficiency and insight quality. Success requires communicating technical issues clearly to executives and the Audit Committee while influencing meaningful control improvements across a multinational organization. The position suits an experienced technology risk or internal audit professional who combines strong technical judgment with leadership, collaboration, integrity, and an appetite for innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, computer science, or a related disciplineCISA, CISSP, CIA, or equivalent certification5–7 years of internal or external audit, IT controls, cybersecurity, or technology risk experienceExperience leading teams, risk assessments, audit plans, and complex assurance engagementsKnowledge of frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, SOX, and SOC reportingAbility to communicate executive-level technology risk insights and travel up to 10%
