Manager, IT Internal Audit

This leader will recruit and develop a global IT audit team while directing audits from risk assessment through reporting and remediation follow-up. The role partners closely with IT, cybersecurity, business leaders, and external providers to assess controls, advise on emerging technology risks, and support major initiatives such as cloud systems, data governance, disaster recovery, and third-party risk. It will also introduce automation, analytics, continuous monitoring, and generative AI to improve audit efficiency and insight quality. Success requires communicating technical issues clearly to executives and the Audit Committee while influencing meaningful control improvements across a multinational organization.
