The position supports the Materials & Process Engineering section by developing inspection methodologies, conducting on-site and off-site hardware evaluations, and collaborating with engineering teams to validate testing procedures and interpret results. This role suits experienced NDT professionals with aerospace background who can work independently, manage multiple priorities under schedule constraints, and communicate technical findings to engineering customers. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, certification credentials, and the ability to work in a demanding environment while maintaining detailed documentation and technical reports.

Requirements

NAS 410 Level 2 Certification or equivalent in multiple NDT methods (Ultrasonic, Radiography, Magnetic Particle, Fluorescent Penetrant Testing)Minimum 2 years relevant NDT experience or advanced degree in related fieldUniversity degree or equivalent experience in engineering or technical fieldStrong background in non-destructive inspection of aerospace products including composites, castings, welds, and braze jointsActive and transferable U.S. government security clearance (Secret level) with U.S. citizenship requiredAbility to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, with potential for 2nd shift work
