This leader will oversee compensation strategy and operations across base pay, salary planning, incentives, job architecture, market pricing, offers, promotions, and retention programs. They will advise HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business executives while using analytics and workforce data to guide equitable, competitive, and financially responsible decisions. The position also manages regulatory compliance, pay transparency, pay equity, compensation reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and executive compensation support. It includes leading and developing the Compensation team and improving dashboards, governance, and planning processes. This opportunity suits an experienced compensation or total rewards executive who has worked across U.S. and Canadian organizations, particularly in technical, manufacturing, engineering, or similarly complex environments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field10+ years of progressive compensation or total rewards experience with leadership responsibilitiesSignificant experience managing compensation programs across US and CanadaDeep expertise in compensation design, salary structures, market pricing, incentive design, and pay transparencyStrong analytical and financial acumen with ability to influence senior leadersExperience supporting engineering, manufacturing, technical, and corporate employee populations
