Staff demand planning analyst

This position supports onsemi’s demand planning and revenue operations by developing forecasts, analyzing market and customer signals, and leading regular reviews of forecast performance. It partners closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, business unit leaders, and distribution channels to challenge assumptions and coordinate corrective actions. The analyst also contributes to annual operating plans and long-term strategic planning through data-driven projections. Success requires translating complex analytics into clear executive recommendations while monitoring inventory health, pricing trends, margin effects, and changing demand. It is well suited to an experienced planning or business analytics professional who is comfortable influencing stakeholders in a semiconductor or channel-focused environment.
