NPD Program Manager

This position sits within onsemi’s Power Solutions Group and oversees complex new product development efforts involving SiC, IGBT, silicon power devices, and power modules. The manager will coordinate engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, customers, and other partners across sites and regions while maintaining integrated plans, phase-gate readiness, budgets, risks, and decisions. Success requires resolving technical and execution obstacles, managing changes, recovering delayed work, and communicating clear status to executives and customers. The role is suited to an experienced semiconductor or power electronics professional who has managed major automotive launches and can influence teams without direct authority. Candidates should combine technical understanding of semiconductor development and manufacturing with strong program leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
