FTZ Administrator

Reporting to the Global Trade Operations Manager, this position oversees FTZ admissions, withdrawals, reconciliations, documentation, audits, and regulatory filings. It serves as a subject matter resource for implementing a new FTZ software platform, partnering with IT, vendors, and business teams on requirements, data validation, testing, and enhancements. The administrator works with warehouse, logistics, finance, customs brokers, and government contacts to resolve issues and maintain reliable records across ERP and warehouse systems. The role also contributes to procedures, training, KPI reporting, and ongoing regulatory awareness. It is well suited to an organized, self-directed trade or supply chain professional who has practical FTZ compliance experience and can work effectively in a remote, project-oriented environment.
