Senior Analyst, Global Trade Compliance

This position sits within onsemi’s Law Department and reports to the Senior Director of Global Trade Compliance. It supports the design and enhancement of global trade policies, workflows, systems, and automation, including documenting current processes and developing improved future-state solutions. The analyst will help classify products, technology, and software, provide guidance on trade requirements, and deliver training to internal stakeholders. The role also contributes to audits, risk assessments, investigations, remediation efforts, and management reporting. It would suit a self-directed compliance professional who combines regulatory knowledge with strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and business judgment skills.
