Manager Configuration Management

The Manager Configuration Analyst role leads the Effectors Configuration Management department within RTX's larger Configuration Management and Data Management organization. This position is responsible for driving strategic CM initiatives, implementing enterprise-level CM strategies, and overseeing the complete lifecycle of product configuration including identification, control, verification, and status accounting. The role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and data control teams while managing audits, compliance, and high-priority data issues. This position suits experienced professionals with deep configuration management expertise who can mentor others, navigate complex contractual obligations, and align CM operations with organizational and program objectives. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic leader and technical expert, guiding multiple teams and initiatives across programs and business units.
