Manager Configuration Management

This position provides strategic and technical leadership for configuration management within RTX’s Configuration Management and Data Management organization. The manager will establish consistent processes, oversee audits and baselines, resolve data issues, and assess risks affecting product integrity and program readiness. The role works closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, data control, operations, supply chain, and program leadership to coordinate technical changes and support business goals. It also includes mentoring configuration management professionals and advancing enterprise-wide practices and tools. This opportunity suits an experienced configuration management or engineering data professional who can lead cross-functional initiatives in a regulated aerospace and defense environment.
