2026 - Guidance, Navigation & Control - Systems Engineer II - Onsite
The engineer will join Raytheon’s Effectors PG&C organization and contribute to integrated product teams developing tactical missile flight systems. Responsibilities include implementing and testing embedded GNC software, conducting performance analyses, and using six-degree-of-freedom simulations and Monte Carlo methods to evaluate system behavior. The role also involves supporting agile planning, capability development, system optimization, and technical mentoring for newer engineers. It is well suited to a technically strong early-career engineer with graduate-level STEM training and hands-on experience in controls, navigation, signal processing, modeling, or simulation. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite in Tucson and supporting defense programs that require U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance.
