Procurement Manager

This position leads procurement activities for strategically important suppliers supporting Raytheon’s Air & Space Defense Systems organization and reports to a senior procurement leader. The manager develops solicitations, evaluates supplier proposals, negotiates commercial terms, issues high-value purchase orders, and manages subcontract performance from award through delivery. The role also addresses supplier and internal escalations, controls financial objectives, improves delivery and manufacturing metrics, and drives cost and performance enhancements. Success requires strong knowledge of regulated procurement, contractual pricing structures, technical requirements, and supply chain risk management. It would suit an experienced supply chain or procurement professional with aerospace, defense, or another highly regulated industry background who can manage competing priorities and complex supplier relationships.
