OSC - Principal Program Cost Controls Analyst - P3 - (Onsite)

This position provides program cost control and business management support across multiple defense contracts, partnering with Control Account Managers, program leadership, and the broader finance organization. Responsibilities include maintaining cost structures, analyzing actuals and forecasts, preparing quarterly EACs, explaining performance variances, and supporting funding and schedule planning. The analyst also contributes to cost-reduction initiatives, proposal estimating, reporting improvements, and factory decision-making. It suits an experienced finance or operations professional who is comfortable working independently, communicating with cross-functional stakeholders, and analyzing manufacturing-based financial data. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required because of the defense program environment.
