Manufacturing Finance - Senior Finance Manager - M5 - (Onsite)

This position leads the Manufacturing Finance team supporting RTX’s Tucson Effectors factories. The manager will direct recurring KPI reporting, analyze operational, program, and financial results, identify performance trends, and help implement changes that improve business outcomes. The role also develops finance analysts, strengthens accountability with manufacturing teams, and builds trusted partnerships across functions. A key responsibility is converting complex findings into executive presentations and actionable solutions.
