Factory Quality Engineer - 3rd shift
This role is part of the Effectors Operations Quality team at Raytheon's Tucson manufacturing facility, where you'll serve as the quality authority overseeing compliance with contractual, technical, and industry standards including AS9100 quality management requirements. You'll lead cross-functional teams in failure analysis and corrective action investigations, manage non-conforming material disposition, develop inspection and work instructions, and interface regularly with DCMA and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues. The position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment where quality execution directly impacts mission-critical aerospace and defense products. This role suits experienced quality or operations professionals with a strong engineering background, proven leadership in process improvement, and the ability to balance technical rigor with cross-functional collaboration. You'll work 3rd shift with a 12% differential pay and be part of a company solving complex defense challenges with 100+ years of aerospace expertise.
