Depot Manager

This position leads depot activities supporting the AIM-9X program, coordinating logistics, engineering, operations, shipping, material accounting, and missile reporting. The manager will monitor operational data, establish priorities, improve workflows, and keep sustainment products and services on schedule. Responsibilities also include serving as the contract Cost Account Manager, managing forecasts and variances, preparing required contract documentation, and communicating requirements to internal teams and customers. The role regularly briefs leadership and customers and contributes to proposals and continuous improvement efforts. It suits an experienced depot, sustainment, operations, or project management professional who can lead cross-functional teams in a defense environment and obtain a Secret clearance.
