AI Content Strategist

This position sits on EdPlus’s AI Content Strategy and Systems team and treats internal AI capabilities as products with users, roadmaps, testing, and measurable outcomes. The strategist will build and refine assistants, prompt systems, knowledge resources, evaluation methods, and automated workflows using platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude. They will review AI-generated material, improve its instructions and source content, and ensure published work meets expectations for voice, clarity, accessibility, inclusion, and student impact. The role also involves researching team needs, prioritizing use cases, partnering with technical and content specialists, tracking adoption and performance, and training colleagues to use the tools effectively. It suits an experienced digital, UX, product, or technical content professional who has strong editorial judgment, enjoys experimenting with generative AI, and can collaborate across technical and nontechnical groups.
