NSMS Sr Business Manager MAT Capacity

This position supports the Naval Standard Missile Systems organization by managing the financial performance of capacity expansion efforts across multiple contract structures. It provides leadership for direct-reporting analysts and delivers reliable quantitative analysis for program and business decisions. The manager will coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, maintain compliance with EAC and earned-value requirements, and contribute to forecasting across sales, bookings, profit, and cash. The role also emphasizes team development, process improvement, and timely execution in a production-focused defense environment. It is well suited to an experienced finance or program-controls leader who can work onsite in Tucson and hold an active DoD Secret clearance.
