Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) - Program Cost Controls Analyst - P2 - (Hybrid)

This analyst joins the Operations and Supply Chain Finance team supporting Raytheon’s Naval Power programs and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include preparing forecasts and Estimates at Complete, reviewing cost and schedule performance, explaining variances, and maintaining control account and material cost structures. The position also contributes to proposals, cost reduction initiatives, journal entries, special projects, and financial oversight of partially funded or non-firm programs. It suits a finance professional who is comfortable working independently, communicating with operational stakeholders, and managing recurring reporting cycles in a factory environment. U.S. citizenship is required, and the role is based in Tucson with a hybrid work arrangement.
