Operator III (Onsite)

This position helps manage execution on a manufacturing line by tracking production needs, staffing, workflow interruptions, and quality requirements. The operator lead provides direction and coaching to production staff, ensures approved process changes are followed, and escalates issues that require engineering or supervisory support. The role also involves maintaining accurate shift handoffs, addressing routine operational problems, and identifying recurring opportunities to improve performance. It is part of the manufacturing organization and works closely with operators, technicians, engineers, and line leadership. The position would suit someone with hands-on production experience who is organized, safety- and quality-focused, and ready to develop further leadership skills.
