Professional Services Manager II, Axon Air

This position guides agencies through the design, implementation, and expansion of drone programs using Axon Air and related systems. The manager partners with senior agency leaders, supports pre-sales evaluations, oversees deployment plans, and acts as the main technical advisor for integrations, configurations, and operational use. The role also develops advanced training, tracks project risks and milestones, communicates customer feedback internally, and mentors professional services colleagues. It suits an experienced UAS, technical deployment, or professional services leader who can work independently in complex, high-stakes environments. The position is remote within the United States but may require travel up to 80% of the time, along with occasional hands-on physical work.
