Operator IV (Onsite)

This position supports daily manufacturing execution by turning production targets into staffing plans, work priorities, and measurable actions. The Line Lead oversees assigned operators or L3 Leads, tracks output and process risks, and addresses bottlenecks affecting quality, safety, or efficiency. The role also manages escalations, nonconformance procedures, and engineering work-order changes while coordinating with engineering, technicians, and supervisors. Success requires independent judgment, clear communication, accountability, and a practical approach to continuous improvement. It suits an experienced manufacturing professional who is ready to take on broader operational leadership and people-coaching responsibilities in an onsite environment.
