Senior Director, Distribution Center

The Senior Director will serve as Axon’s global distribution operations subject matter expert and lead the Americas distribution network. This person will establish common processes, metrics, governance, and improvement practices while managing regional service, safety, quality, cost, capacity, inventory, and workforce performance. The role partners extensively with supply chain, manufacturing, finance, procurement, transportation, technology, and other business functions to support growth and resilience. It also includes responsibility for network expansion, facility launches, systems and automation initiatives, third-party logistics relationships, and peak readiness. This opportunity suits an experienced multi-site distribution executive who can turn enterprise strategy into disciplined execution, develop leaders, and drive measurable operational and financial improvements in a complex manufacturing or hardware environment.
