Operations Principal Finance Analyst - P3 - (Hybrid)

This position sits within RTX’s Manufacturing Operations Finance Organization and partners closely with factory operations, value stream finance, and business operations teams. Responsibilities include delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics related to staffing, performance, overhead spending, and other operational measures. The analyst will use financial and operational analysis to identify opportunities, support change initiatives, and provide actionable insight to factory leadership. Strong communication, prioritization, and conflict-resolution skills are important because the work involves geographically dispersed teams and tight deadlines. It would suit an experienced finance professional who is comfortable with manufacturing operations, enterprise systems, and collaborative problem-solving.
