Supervisor - Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance

This position supervises maintenance and manufacturing activities within a semiconductor production area, ensuring resources and priorities support daily factory targets. It coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, escalations, quality-system execution, equipment readiness, and containment of scrap or operational problems. The supervisor works closely with engineering, quality, facilities, manufacturing, and other support groups to resolve complex issues and improve performance measures such as utilization, cycle time, cost, and availability. The role also manages training, cross-skilling, performance development, and communication of business goals, while serving as backup for the Operations Section Manager. It suits a decisive, analytical people leader who understands semiconductor processes and can balance safety, quality, reliability, and shifting production demands.
