Principal Systems Engineer - Responsible Systems Engineer (RSE)

This engineer will own the maintenance of system and subsystem requirements and ensure they are properly evaluated through verification and qualification testing. They will act as a technical systems lead, partnering with hardware and systems integrated product teams, chief engineering staff, and other technical stakeholders. The position also includes leading verification reviews, supporting program-level technical activities, and becoming the primary systems engineering resource for the program. The engineer will mentor new team members and help apply systems engineering practices throughout the product development lifecycle. It suits an experienced defense or aerospace systems engineer with strong requirements, integration, testing, and cross-functional leadership skills who can work fully onsite in Tucson and obtain the required U.S. security clearance.
