Business Analyst

This position partners with EOSS departments and technology teams to improve business systems and solve operational challenges. The analyst gathers and documents requirements, designs workflows and solutions, manages project plans, and helps ensure technology deliverables meet stakeholder needs. Responsibilities also include coordinating testing, supporting report and security design, resolving user issues, and preparing training materials. The role involves collaboration across diverse university teams and may include occasional travel to ASU campuses or events. It is well suited to an experienced business or data analyst who communicates clearly, manages multiple projects carefully, and understands IT specifications and software testing.
