The Principal Electrical Engineer will oversee technical, schedule, and cost considerations for electrical products throughout production and sustainment. Working with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering groups, this person will investigate failures, resolve manufacturing and test issues, and support circuit card and electromechanical hardware. The position involves hands-on work with RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal systems and laboratory test equipment, along with technical leadership of projects and corrective actions. It suits an experienced electrical engineer who can work independently while directing small technical teams and documenting engineering decisions. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance are required, and the position is onsite on second shift with limited travel.
