ServiceNow Senior Tech Lead

This position supports RTX’s Service Management Platform organization by providing technical direction across ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, upgrades, and platform health. The lead will work with product managers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders while supporting at least six agile squads across areas such as ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, HRSD, Accounts Payable, portals, and enterprise integrations. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, resolving complex issues, enforcing development and governance standards, and identifying improvements based on platform updates and industry practices. The role also involves mentoring developers, guiding peer reviews, and promoting agile delivery and sustainable engineering practices. It is well suited to an experienced ServiceNow technical leader with broad platform expertise, strong scripting and integration skills, and the ability to influence teams across a large global organization.
