The Sr. Program Planner I will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing integrated master schedules that align with both government and corporate standards while demonstrating cost and schedule integration. Working within Raytheon's Program Design & Planning organization, this professional collaborates with program managers, finance, contracts, and technical leads to develop schedules, conduct critical path analysis, and prepare performance reports. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to leverage scheduling software to drive informed decision-making and ensure programs meet commitments. This position suits detail-oriented professionals with program planning or project management experience who can influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels and translate complex scheduling data into actionable recommendations that help programs stay on track.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field with 5+ years of program planning/scheduling/project management experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years experienceProficiency with scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Open PlanExperience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and evaluating critical path analysisKnowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processesActive and transferable Secret-level U.S. government security clearance required; U.S. citizenship requiredAbility to work full-time onsite in Tucson, AZ
