Sr. Program Planner I - Onsite

This position sits within Raytheon’s Program Design & Planning organization and serves as a key scheduling resource during program execution. The planner develops and updates integrated master schedules, evaluates critical paths and schedule risks, analyzes variances, and prepares internal and customer-facing reporting. They also incorporate contractual changes, support cost and planning activities, and help teams use schedule data to anticipate problems and close commitments. The role suits an analytical, collaborative professional with experience in program controls, earned value, and government or defense environments. It is a full-time onsite opportunity in Tucson and requires an active Secret clearance held by a U.S. citizen.
