At RTX, the Manufacturing Cell Lead oversees manufacturing execution for assigned production or depot operations and reports to a Value Stream Leader. The position sets priorities, coordinates schedules, addresses workflow issues, and works with planning, engineering, quality, and other operations partners to keep products moving. It also provides direction to touch-labor employees, communicates site and customer expectations, and ensures required resources, training, procedures, and safe working conditions are in place. Success is measured through reliable delivery, product quality, productivity, cost control, and compliance with manufacturing requirements. This onsite Tucson opportunity suits an experienced manufacturing or operations professional who can lead frontline teams, manage production controls, and apply lean and continuous-improvement practices.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience plus 5+ years in manufacturing/operations, or advanced degree with 3+ years experienceActive Secret-level DoD security clearance required before start date; U.S. citizenship mandatoryExperience managing production schedules, quality metrics, and cost targetsLeadership capability for 20+ person teamsKnowledge of lean manufacturing, TAKT, production control, and ERP systems preferredOnsite availability at Tucson, AZ facility required
