Manufacturing Cell Lead - Second Shift

At RTX, the Manufacturing Cell Lead oversees manufacturing execution for assigned production or depot operations and reports to a Value Stream Leader. The position sets priorities, coordinates schedules, addresses workflow issues, and works with planning, engineering, quality, and other operations partners to keep products moving. It also provides direction to touch-labor employees, communicates site and customer expectations, and ensures required resources, training, procedures, and safe working conditions are in place. Success is measured through reliable delivery, product quality, productivity, cost control, and compliance with manufacturing requirements.
