Manufacturing Cell Lead - Second Shift

This Manufacturing Cell Lead position oversees all production activities within a defense manufacturing environment, reporting to a Value Stream Leader and managing a team of 20+ touch labor employees across a single shift. The role requires balancing operational efficiency with quality standards, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining a safe working environment. You'll coordinate with engineering, planning, and quality teams to optimize manufacturing workflows, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate requirements to the workforce. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing or operations experience who thrives in fast-paced factory environments and wants to lead a team in the aerospace and defense sector. The role demands strong organizational skills, leadership capability, and familiarity with lean manufacturing and production control systems. You must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance and spend significant time on the production floor.
