Director Supplier Quality Assurance

This leader oversees supplier qualification, assessments, APQP deployment, process controls, corrective actions, and ongoing performance improvement across a broad and technically diverse supplier network. The role partners with engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, program teams, and quality organizations to protect production, manage risk, and support major material programs. It also serves as a senior relationship manager with supplier executives and other stakeholders when resolving complex performance, cost, schedule, or compliance issues. The director will build and develop a geographically distributed technical team while translating enterprise sourcing priorities into effective supplier execution. This opportunity suits an experienced supplier quality or operations executive with deep aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or similarly regulated-industry expertise, strong cross-functional influence, and a willingness to travel extensively.
