The Principal Electrical Engineer supports the lifecycle execution and sustainment of electrical products used in airborne defense systems. Working with operations, supply chain, quality, and other engineering groups, this person diagnoses circuit card and electromechanical problems, leads investigations, and helps resolve production and integration issues. The position involves digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal hardware, laboratory testing, documentation, and technical direction for engineering efforts. It is an onsite third-shift role with limited travel and a 9/80 schedule. This opportunity suits an experienced electrical engineer who can work independently, lead technical projects, and hold an active or interim-eligible Secret clearance as a U.S. citizen.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, physics, mathematics, or related STEM field and 8+ years of relevant experienceExperience with RF, analog, digital, mixed-signal circuitry, or digital signal processingHands-on use of oscilloscopes, waveform generators, spectrum analyzers, or network analyzersExperience leading technical projects, failure investigations, or issue-resolution activitiesAbility to obtain an interim U.S. government Secret clearance before startingWillingness to work onsite third shift and travel less than 10% annually
