Sr Engineering Manager

This role leads a global Process Automation and Life Cycle Services engineering organization spanning cloud applications, industrial control software, connectivity, data platforms, cybersecurity, and digital services. The manager will oversee SaaS, edge-to-cloud, analytics, and industrial software initiatives while ensuring reliability, interoperability, observability, and secure-by-design development. Responsibilities include setting technology roadmaps, improving Agile and DevOps practices, hiring and developing talent, and coordinating with product, systems, hardware, quality, operations, and customer teams.
