Low-Voltage to Medium-Voltage Silicon MOSFET Design Engineer

This engineer will lead the architecture, simulation, and optimization of next-generation discrete silicon power MOSFETs from early concept through production readiness. The work centers on shielded-gate structures and uses Synopsys Sentaurus for process, electrical, thermal, and breakdown analysis. The engineer will also help define layouts and masks, coordinate with process integration and manufacturing teams, and use test data to validate models and resolve performance or reliability issues. The position sits within an advanced technology development function that works across characterization, product engineering, and fabrication disciplines. It suits a power semiconductor specialist with a Ph.D., strong device-physics expertise, and practical experience developing silicon MOSFETs.
