Senior Director, Corporate Development

This role oversees corporate development activities that expand ASM’s capabilities in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, process technologies, software, and related markets. The leader will work across engineering, product management, operations, finance, supply chain, and executive leadership to build an opportunity pipeline and align investments with long-term technology trends. Responsibilities span market analysis, technical and financial diligence, transaction structuring and negotiation, governance, and post-acquisition integration. The position also advises senior executives and the Board while developing relationships across the semiconductor, venture, research, and startup ecosystem. It suits an experienced M&A or strategy executive who combines strong semiconductor knowledge, financial expertise, executive influence, and the ability to translate complex technology into business decisions.
