Senior Manager, Effectors Strategy

This leader translates market and customer demand into factory capacity plans, supply chain roadmaps, facility improvements, and capital investment priorities. Working within the Operations and Supply Chain Strategy organization, the position serves as a bridge between program teams, factory leadership, and senior executives. Responsibilities include supporting new product introduction, improving production processes, developing business cases, and presenting strategic recommendations and progress updates. The role requires strong cross-functional influence in a matrixed environment, with occasional travel and full-time onsite work in Tucson, Arizona. It is well suited to an experienced manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or program leader who can combine strategic planning, financial analysis, and practical factory understanding. An active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant experience, or Advanced degree with 7+ years in manufacturing/supply chain/programsDemonstrated leadership in developing and implementing business strategies with financial analysis capabilitiesExperience with capital project management, facility planning, and/or capacity modelingAbility to obtain and maintain active DoD Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredStrong cross-functional influence skills and ability to work effectively in matrixed team environmentsPreferred: Engineering or operations background with Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and manufacturing consulting experience
