Sr. Program Planner II - Onsite

This position sits within Raytheon’s Program Design & Planning organization and focuses on translating program objectives into reliable integrated master plans and schedules. The planner will assess critical paths, schedule logic, risk analysis, baseline changes, and earned value metrics while helping teams maintain compliant and executable plans. Depending on program complexity, the individual may support a lead planner or independently manage planning activities for a smaller effort. The role also involves collaborating with technical and functional experts, improving scheduling processes, and mentoring less experienced planners. It is well suited to an experienced program scheduler or project manager with defense or complex product development experience who can work full-time onsite in Tucson and holds an active Secret clearance.
