Sr. Principal RF Signal Processing Engineer

The engineer will lead the design, simulation, implementation, integration, and validation of RF algorithms used for sensing, detection, tracking, classification, denoising, and sensor fusion. They will work within RTX’s Processing, Guidance and Controls organization alongside specialists in signal processing, guidance and navigation, modeling, software, systems, and hardware engineering. The role spans early development through laboratory, field, and live-fire testing, with responsibility for technical direction and complex program execution. It also includes mentoring engineers, overseeing technical teams or projects, and presenting recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. This opportunity suits an experienced RF signal-processing leader with defense-oriented systems experience, strong programming and algorithm-development skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.
