Sr. Signal Processing Systems Engineer

This engineer will join Raytheon’s Processing, Guidance and Controls organization, supporting signal processing work for effectors and missile systems. Responsibilities include creating and adapting simulations, implementing and optimizing algorithms, integrating them with hardware and software, and validating sensor performance through laboratory and live-fire activities. The role involves work on functions such as denoising, detection, tracking, classification, calibration, and sensor fusion for RF or EO/IR systems. The successful candidate will contribute to technical reviews and briefings while mentoring less experienced engineers and collaborating across systems, software, hardware, and guidance disciplines. It suits an experienced signal processing professional who enjoys applied algorithm development in a mission-focused, onsite defense environment and can obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.
