This role serves as the Production Maturation Lead for the Ultra Program within RTX's Naval Power division, responsible for transforming engineering processes into scalable production operations. The position works across multiple disciplines including test engineering, systems engineering, and factory operations to drive measurable improvements in cycle time, throughput, and first-pass yields for complex RF hardware. The lead conducts failure investigations, implements advanced test methods and inspection capabilities, and mentors teams on best practices while ensuring high-quality data systems support forecasting and strategic decision-making. This role suits experienced engineers who excel at bridging the gap between R&D and manufacturing, possess strong troubleshooting capabilities in RF and mixed-signal environments, and can drive systematic improvements through disciplined problem-solving methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM field with minimum 8 years of engineering experiencePrior transition-to-production and production program experience coordinating multiple disciplinesExperience leading CCA hardware troubleshooting, technical dispositions, and sell-off readinessDemonstrated experience implementing RCCA/FMMEA/FRACAS and improving test methods for yield and cycle-timeExperience optimizing SATE architectures, test methodologies, and data automationActive Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required
