Software Engineer I (Onsite)

This onsite position is part of RTX’s Test Equipment Engineering organization, which creates test solutions for laboratory and manufacturing environments. The engineer will contribute throughout the test-system development lifecycle, from defining software requirements to integration, troubleshooting, and delivery. Daily work includes object-oriented application development in Visual Studio, resolving reliability issues, and supporting project technical, cost, and schedule goals. The role suits an early-career STEM graduate with experience in C, C++, Python, or Visual Basic and an interest in aerospace, software testing, and hands-on engineering. Candidates should be comfortable working in team-based Agile or Waterfall environments and must be eligible for a U.S. security clearance.
