Senior Project Engineer (ONSITE)

This engineer will work on the Evacuation Systems Engineering team, contributing across the aircraft product lifecycle from proposals and design through qualification, manufacturing support, and fielded-product improvements. Responsibilities include managing sizable technical projects, coordinating prototypes and testing, reviewing nonconformances, analyzing costs, and partnering with systems engineering on requirements verification. The position also involves root-cause investigations, corrective actions, customer presentations, program risk tracking, and mentoring less experienced engineers. It suits an experienced aerospace or systems engineer who can balance detailed technical work with project leadership, communication, and prioritization. The position is onsite in Phoenix and requires U.S. citizenship, while no security clearance is required.
