Material Program Manager (Onsite)

The Material Program Manager serves as the primary connection between Supply Chain and Program teams within RTX’s Advanced Technology organization. This person leads material planning from proposal development through contract completion, including sourcing decisions, supplier statements of work, requests for quotes, bill-of-material approvals, purchase orders, and supplier reviews. The role also interprets contract flow-down requirements and provides recommendations on procurement, risk mitigation, and supplier management in a changing product development environment. It suits an experienced supply chain, procurement, program management, contracts, finance, or strategic sourcing professional who can influence across a matrixed organization. The position is based onsite in Tucson, requires up to 10% travel, and requires U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance after the first day.
