Manager, Contracts (Onsite)

This position leads multiple delivery orders under a Department of War IDIQ contract for munitions production, including domestic, Foreign Military Sales, and Foreign Military Funding efforts. The manager assesses contractual risk, addresses execution challenges, and advises program teams on applicable terms and requirements. Working within Raytheon's Contracts organization, the role serves as a business partner to internal stakeholders and government or international customers. It suits an experienced government-contracts professional who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and build productive relationships in a demanding defense setting. An active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, with occasional domestic travel for customer meetings.
