SM-6, Engineering Business Analyst, Active Secret Clearance, (Onsite)

This analyst will partner with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and program leadership within Raytheon’s Functional Finance organization. Responsibilities include developing quarterly Estimates at Complete and monthly Latest Revised Estimates, analyzing earned value and financial performance, monitoring actual costs, and documenting variances. The role also supports Budget Change Requests, risk and opportunity assessments, and recurring cost and labor reviews using tools such as SAP, APEX, IMS, and PMX. It suits an experienced finance, program controls, or business analysis professional who can work independently while communicating effectively across engineering and program teams. The position is based onsite in Tucson and is intended for a U.S. citizen with an active, transferable Secret clearance.
