On Shift (IOS) Technology Development Engineer – Night Shift 6
This engineer will provide hands-on night-shift support for Intel Foundry’s advanced packaging technology development organization in Phoenix. Responsibilities include executing experiments and new product introductions, reviewing route and DOE data, troubleshooting process excursions, and making timely decisions that protect safety, quality, yield, and output. The position also contributes to materials and equipment development, process qualifications, technology transfers, documentation, and data-driven improvements. Success requires effective coordination with integration, program management, tool owners, manufacturing technicians, suppliers, and engineering partners across shifts. The role suits a materials, chemical, mechanical, electrical, polymer, or related STEM graduate who is comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can communicate clearly while working independently overnight.
